Reset your mind, body and spirit in community. This is a 21-Day program with three 45 minute online group coaching sessions, online portal to daily self care and nutritional practices to detox your mind, body and spirit, opening you to renewed resilience and vibrant wellness.

About The Event
This program is 21 days to help you form new self care practices, release old hurts, reduce toxic load on your body and get you set for a season of optimal wellness.
Invite your friends! This is a community based program and includes three 45 minute group coaching sessions with Hester Morrissey. Attending sessions is highly encouraged but if you miss one you can watch the recording at a time that is convenient to you.
This resilience renewal program includes self-paced online education, guided practices, nutrition plans, nutrition trackers, video and audio recordings to support your wellness journey. Content is delivered to you daily throughout the program to keep you motivated and releasing stress with self-love meditations, forgiveness, body acceptance, energy medicine and liver love.
Program fee does not included recommended supplements and nutrition.
