Sunflower Seed Cacao Ginger Cookies
Try these cookies for a yummy winter snack. High in protein and zero flour.

Ingredients
1 Cup Sunflower Seed butter (unsweetened)
3 Egg Yolks or 2 large eggs
2 Tablespoons Molasses or Monk Fruit Maple Syrup
¾ Cup Coconut Sugar
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Lightly grease a baking sheet with coconut oil or cover with parchment paper
Place all ingredients in medium bowl and mix using electric mixer
Drop by tablespoons into prepared baking sheet
Bake for approximately 15 minutes (check after 12 minutes)
Use thin spatula to remove cookies from sheet – may break easily so be careful
Cool on wire rack
